Rev. Bob Hayes, Senior Pastor
Bob was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He lived in many states growing up because his dad served in the Navy. He graduated from North Chicago High School and attended Moody Bible Institute where he met Becky.  Bob and Becky were married in Decembe, 1978. Their first son, Dan, was born in Dallas, Texas.  In 1982 Bob graduated from Dallas Bible College, majoring in Bible and psychology. 

Bob began ministry as Youth Pastor at Reeves Bible Church in Reeves, Louisiana in 1983. Their second son, Andrew, was born
while serving at this church.

In 1985 Bob moved to Illinois to become the Youth Pastor at
Medinah Baptist Church in suburban Chicago, Illinois.  After four
years of ministry there, Bob moved to Denver, Colorado, to pursue a Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling at Colorado Christian University; he received that degree in May of 1990. He became the Associate Pastor for Youth at Englewood Bible Church in March of 1990. He was ordained to the ministry by Englewood Bible Church in the fall of 1992. 

Bob and Becky have enjoyed 20 years of ministry at Englewood
Bible Church serving in various committees and ministries over
the years. Bob became the Senior Pastor in 2007 and enjoys preaching, teaching, and giving direction and oversight to the ministries of the church. Bob and Becky live in Lakewood,
Colorado.

Joe Anderson, Associate Pastor
Joe currently leads all youth-related worship and instruction.  Quoting Joe, "Upstream youth ministries is all about relationships and worship. We seek to see the youth of Englewood grow in their worship for the Lord, their love for their brothers in sisters and Christ and their love for the world. We believe the best way to reach this goal is by example and love. Our leaders spend lots of time with the students. Breakaway is our weekly youth ministry service; we meet on Wednesday night from 7:00 to 8:30, but students are welcome to show up us early as 6:00 to hang out with each other and the youth leaders. 

For students who want to go deeper in their faith we host a Sunday night discipleship group called Water's Edge where we worship, study the word and apply it to our lives. This starts at 6:30 for middle school and high school students."

Tim Nichols, Assistant Youth Director
Son of a pastor and teacher, Tim grew up in Northern Virginia with his two siblings and an assortment of guinea pigs, hamsters, and rabbits. Called to ministry at 17 years old, Tim attended Florida Bible College and Southeastern Bible College, and after a summer mission in Russia, answered God's call to enter seminary in 1999. He courted Kimberly throughout his time in seminary, and they married in 2003. Tim continued to teach at the seminary after graduation and pastored a small local church in Hemet, California for 6 years before God brought him to Englewood Bible Church. He and Kimberly presently live in Englewood.

Helen Williamson, Church Secretary
Helen has been a pastor’s wife for 35 years, and also served as a secretary for a financial services firm for eleven of those years. Her husband, Paul, is the Director of the Rocky Mountain Bible Church Mission. They have four adult children and nine grandchildren. It is a pleasure to serve the Lord in this new capacity. 

Wayne Burgett, Facilities Manager
Wayne and his wife Barbara have been married for 63 years. They have three sons and 6 grandchildren. He has worked in the electronic control business for over 50 years, mainly in the HVAC field. Wayne has worked as custodian and maintenance engineer for over 25 years. Wayne and Barbara have been members of EBC for 58 years.
